Refund Policy

At N&W Green Scapes, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Service Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will review the issue and may offer a service correction or re-visit if appropriate.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are generally not provided for completed lawn services, as services are labor-based and performed at the scheduled time.

However, partial refunds or service credits may be issued at our discretion in cases such as:

  • Service errors

  • Billing mistakes

  • Situations approved by management

Missed or Rescheduled Services

Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Equipment issues

  • Safety concerns

In these cases, the service will be rescheduled for the next available day.
